Former Managing Director (retired)
Caisse Populaire Desjardins de La Haute-Gaspésie, Sainte-Anne-des-Monts

Member of Réseau Mentorat since: May 2013

Retired since October 2012, Adrien Cloutier is the former managing director of the Caisse Populaire Desjardins de La Haute-Gaspésie. At the time of his departure, the credit union had a $275 million turnover, four service points, and over 50 employees.

As a mentor, Adrien strives to share his experiences with those embarking on their entrepreneurial journey in the Haute-Gaspésie region. Through his education and career in management positions, he believes he can help business people grow, having had first-hand experience of (and knowing others who have experienced) many of the situations entrepreneurs face in their working life. He endeavours to lend a non-judgmental ear to others and help them reflect before making decisions.

Adrien Cloutier believes an effective mentoring relationship is, “one where both parties learn from each other.”
